I recently purchased a car from this dealer and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as described, the staff were friendly, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. There was no pressure during the sale, and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.The car was presented in excellent condition, and I felt confident in my purchase. Honest service and great customer care are hard to find, so I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to family and friends. Thank you for making the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Very disappointed
By Manpreet S on 15 September 2026 | Purchase not verified
Very disappointed . ⭐ Very disappointed with my experience with FY AutosI bought a Mercedes C220d from FY Autos, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The car developed problems, and FY Autos arranged for their own mechanic in High Wycombe to carry out repairs. I paid for the repair, but unfortunately, the same problems have continued from April until today. The car is now not working properly, despite the money I have already spent trying to get it fixed. This was supposed to be my dream car, and I was genuinely excited about buying it. Instead, I feel extremely frustrated and let down. I have spent a significant amount of my hard-earned money, but I am left feeling as though I have paid for a car that I cannot rely on.I am sharing this review based on my personal experience so that other potential buyers can make an informed decision. If anyone would like to know more about my experience with FY Autos, I am happy to provide further details and explain what happened.Very disappointed with the service and the way this situation has been handled.
