I travelled from the other side of London and had several other test drives booked in. This family run company was my first stop, after viewing several other cars I returned to purchase my second car from FY autos. Joseph and his brother were extremely friendly and helpful, they gave their honest opinions for a car that would best suit me which was great. There was no pressure at all to make a purchase, even after a test drive and several questions . They addressed an issue I had with the car and let me drive it a further two times once corrected for my own peace of mind. They assured me I could contact them if I had any concerns. Joseph helped me arrange my drive away insurance & road tax too. Buying a used car without much knowledge comes with many uncertainties and a fair amount of money at risk, I strongly recommend their business for their excellent customer service and honesty which made this process so much smoother for me!

This is an exceptional company and a delight to deal with. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners Joseph, Naz and Martin during the course of purchasing a Zafira car from them. This company offers exemplary service and attention to detail in ensuring the customer is kept fully informed and supported throughout the purchase. As part of the service I had arranged that their engineer would carry out a service and replacement of the timing belt and water pump on the car for my own piece of mind before I collected. I was shown the new parts before they were fitted, the car and engine bay was throughly cleaned after parts were fitted. How many garages offer this level of service, including delivering vehicle to my house on completion.

Bought a VW Polo for my son. Had car AA inspection and a couple of small issues were raised.These were promptly and professionally dealt with by FY and the car was delivered shortly thereafter. Must say, very impressed by the level of service and would recommend anyone to look at these guys when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Joseph and Naz.
