I bought my first car from FY Autos. The team was amazing and helped me make the right choice. The car was in excellent condition. Joseph was very helpful and made my experience very easy and purchased the car smoothly. He was great at helping me finish all the paper work and also answered all my questions. I want to say BIG thank you to the team and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I would definitely purchase from FY Autos again.

This family run business were excellent to my daughter and I, who purchased a Hyundai i20. Dad came out for a test drive and delivered the car, the rest of the family were excellent as well. Thanks guys..

I travelled from the other side of London and had several other test drives booked in. This family run company was my first stop, after viewing several other cars I returned to purchase my second car from FY autos. Joseph and his brother were extremely friendly and helpful, they gave their honest opinions for a car that would best suit me which was great. There was no pressure at all to make a purchase, even after a test drive and several questions . They addressed an issue I had with the car and let me drive it a further two times once corrected for my own peace of mind. They assured me I could contact them if I had any concerns. Joseph helped me arrange my drive away insurance & road tax too. Buying a used car without much knowledge comes with many uncertainties and a fair amount of money at risk, I strongly recommend their business for their excellent customer service and honesty which made this process so much smoother for me!
