I recently purchased a car from FY Autos and I had a perfect experience. Joseph who showed me the car was very experienced and knowledgeable and guided me appropriately even to get the insurance cover for the car. He was patient, also sat with me to get the car insured and completed all paper work. They are great guys very helpful and friendly. Refused to provide a refund on a vehicle that developed a fault within 31 days of purchase.

PART EXCHANGE TO CLEAR - Dear Customer, Unfortunately you were informed numerous times on sales date and also shown on the invoice in which was signed by yourself that after purchase there would be no refunds or warranty given as listed on the advert. We had also very clearly informed you on your visit that the car was well below market value and reduced to clear. On the date of your visit, a long test drive was present and in fact you had your own personal OBD to check for any faults on the vehicle, in which it was very clear there was not any faults or codes present. However, please contact us for further explanation.

I bought my first car from FY Autos. The team was amazing and helped me make the right choice. The car was in excellent condition. Joseph was very helpful and made my experience very easy and purchased the car smoothly. He was great at helping me finish all the paper work and also answered all my questions.
